Motion

Motion.
The action or process of moving or being moved.
The never ending breath of vivid energy from day to day. We all seek for this movement to go and not to stop no matter how hard it may seem to continue the path we've chosen. The true motion hides within us. All that matters is if we choose to let it free and live or cultivate it. Without movement it's just existences not living. We constantly only focus on the goal and forget about the road. To move forward you must cross over and not look back, except to learn and see how far you got. The road is your movement and the goal is the next step, the next door, the next road which only leads you higher. No matter where the road takes you enjoy every single step and keep moving forward.

Trinkets and Treasures

I believe in less is more. For the past few months I have being trying to be more minimal in every aspect of my life, including my jewelry.

The Inseparable: A fine chain, a family old watch, a simple ring. Discreet as possible, should feel like your own skin. It's your trademark, your must have, in my case is my fine silver necklace from GalaisLove.

The Reminder: About six months ago one of my friends brought me back from Switzerland a simple silver ring. Both of us own one, it's just a little reminder of our friendship.

Your Watch: I actually don't own a watch but it is also considered as a jewelry. Doesn't mean it has to cost a fortune, only it should be classic.

Staple: A piece that completes your outfit, a long necklace or a bracelet, something to wear to the beach with a tan or to a night out.

The Voyage: You don't need to own a lot of jewelry, but each piece whether the memento from your family or travels should tell a story.

1// Bunny ring from Karen Walker, Silver simple rings from Switzerland, France and Mexico Markets.
2// Pears from Tiffany's,  Necklace from GalaisLove.

Hope you don't mind this naive post, I'm working on a editorial that must be finished hopefully by the weekend.

R

Hello,
I have no idea on how to start a blog. The only thing I come up, is answering some questions.
My name is Regina. I'm 18 years, from Mexico. I'm moving across the world next fall.
Favorite designers: Heidi Slimane, Alexander Wang and Phoebe Philo.
Style mantra: Just try to look French.
I admire Alexander Fury, Carine Roitfeld, Natalie Massene, Carmen Dell'Orefice, my mother.
I regret not going to Two door cinema club concert. It's the worst when you have to leave people that you love. I'll always picture myself in a big city.
I regret wearing most of the outfits I wear to high school.  I like colours, I just don't wear them.
Lipstick: makes me feel uncomfortable.
Center parted hair: Looks good on other people, not me. My favorite color is white.
Suits are for everyone, all day, everyday.
I like when boys wear a suit. I hate when girls wear kitten heels. Everyone should wear more of what they like and less jelly shoes.
NĂºmero, i-D, Dazel and Confused, W, Russh, Vogue Italia/Paris are my favorite magazines.
I love being what people don't expect me to be. I would trade my face with Anna Ewers.
Steal from your father Kilian perfume. Steal from my mother, all her fancy coats.
Don't listened to your mother about smelling like a men and stealing your fathers perfume.
Eating Pain au chocolate doesn't make you French, unfortunately.
The band with the best style is Kate Moss with a tamborine or anyone dating Kate Moss.
My best purchase ever is the Neroli Portofino perfume from Tom Ford.
I wish I could afford traveling to Australia and a house on the beach.
